The Crossing of East and West,
the Cycle of Civilizations

The clouds consumed East and West in turn, bringing each to ruin. In the final era of the East, survivors set sail westward in airships. Called the “Prophets,” they built a new civilization—and 2,500 years later, became gods of myth.

The Airship

Not all accepted the fate of destruction.
From the ruins of Nimelot came ancient blueprints, and the state gathered timber, iron, even livestock to build a fleet of airships.
With each season of the west wind, expeditions departed.
At the cost of heavy taxes and countless lives,
parts of the eastern route were slowly revealed.

Celestial Navigation

The clouds made compasses useless.
The aviators read their path by the sun and the stars alone.
But centuries of war and isolation erased most of that knowledge,
and now they search the ruins swallowed by clouds for lost constellations.

Drifting Creatures

The clouds that blanketed the world were an ocean of algae, heavy with floating gas.
Creatures that fed on it followed the cycle of the clouds, evolving as they moved.
They stored the gas within their bodies, drifted through the skies, and grew larger with each generation.

Monuments of the Ancients

The most striking legacy of the ancients is the stone that never breaks.
They raised temples and great discs from it, still standing after millennia.
The temples were once observatories, where records of the constellations remain to this day.

Journey to the paradise
untouched by the clouds.

One day, the clouds began to rise. At first, they brought abundance to the parched plains, but they kept climbing, swallowing everything. A thousand years of war for the last remaining land left civilization in ruins. Did they foresee it all? The prophets hid the path to paradise in the myths of the stars. Step into the skies as Isikla, traverse the world of myths, and piece together the ‘Sky Map’ from scattered star-born myths.
